RESERVATIONIST vacancy in Johannesburg South Africa
- Handling of emails and telephonic enquiries with potential, current and repeat guests; tour operators and other members of the trade industry.
- Liaison with the various departments regarding upcoming bookings.
- Processing of bookings from start to finish in accordance with booking procedures and lodge policies.
- Ensuring that all information provided to guests and agents is the correct information.
- Ensuring that all bookings have the correct details and accuracy for the lodges
