Job Description
Responsible for providing smooth and professional guest service throughout the guest journey, including check-in, stay, and check-out processes. Ensure guests receive friendly, efficient, and memorable service while handling guest requests, complaints, cashiering, and promoting hotel facilities.
The role also requires close coordination with all departments to maintain high guest satisfaction and support daily Front Office operations.
For GSA Supervisor level, additional responsibility includes supervising team operations, handling guest issues independently, and supporting the Front Office management team.
Qualifications
• College diploma in hotel management or related field
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services
• Good Communication skills
• Experience with Front Office Systems
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
