Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
+ Assist guests with seating and provide menu information when required.
+ Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of restaurant, buffet, and service areas.
+ Serve food and beverages as per hotel service standards.
+ Refill buffet items and maintain presentation during breakfast service.
+ Handle guest requests and complaints politely and escalate concerns when necessary.
+ Maintain cleanliness of tables, crockery, cutlery, and service stations.
+ Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards at all times.
+ Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.
+ Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures if assigned.
+ Support inventory control and minimize wastage.
