    • This position works across three locations, including in-office and customer-facing in Queenstown. As a business operating year-round, reliability and flexibility are key. 


    The ideal candidate will have / be:

  • fluency in both Mandarin and English
  • a guest-focused professional with a confident telephone manner, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, and strong time management abilities.
  • previous experience in a similar role, allowing you to hit the ground running.
  • working knowledge of the Restaurant Diary reservation system and Roller system is preferred, but full training will be provided.
