You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Centre is responsible to facilitate efficient communications for both guests and associates within the hotel and and for external communications.
Ideally with a relevant degree in Hospitality or Tourism management, or in any related fields Previous work experience or internship in hotel operations are an added advantage.
