A prestigious luxury lodge and spa in the Cape Winelands is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Guest Service Concierge to join their world-class hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an award-winning property renowned for delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences.
The role is primarily administration and pre‑arrival focused, requiring meticulous planning and the creation of bespoke guest itineraries. You will serve as a key touchpoint in ensuring every guest's stay is flawlessly anticipated and executed, while also supporting the Lodge Reservations function.
Requirements
- A qualification in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism is advantageous.
- 2–3 years' experience in a concierge or reservations environment, ideally within a luxury or 5‑star property.
- Working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
