Job Description
- Service all guests and members with general enquiries of membership registration and amenities at the info counter
- Build a strong membership database using the company platform and cloud service by recruiting new members through the counter
- Assist in keeping database updated with accurate personal information of card members
- Must be able to keep confidential customer information proprietary as access to customer data is necessary
- Through one-on-one contact, keep guests and members informed of all upcoming promotions, events and offers at all club entities
- Host members and VIPs at the lounge area during events and assist in setting up meeting rooms and breakout rooms for corporate bookings
