Job Description
1. 负责客户来电、在线渠道的咨询接待与问题解答，提供标准化、专业化的宾客服务支持；
2. 处理客房、餐饮及其他服务项目的预订受理、确认、变更及取消操作，确保信息准确、流程合规；
3. 协同前厅、运营等部门完成客户需求响应与服务闭环，及时记录并反馈服务过程中的异常情况；
4. 严格遵守客户信息保密要求，妥善保管并规范使用客户个人信息，未经许可不得泄露或用于非工作用途。
1. 普通话标准流利，具备良好的语言表达与沟通协调能力；
2. 具备基础计算机操作能力，能熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统者优先；
3. 具有客户服务、酒店前台、呼叫中心或预订相关岗位工作经验者优先；
4. 具备较强的服务意识、责任心和抗压能力，能适应轮班制工作安排；
