The role  

Our Guest Service Managers are at the forefront of creating unforgettable stays for our guests. The role reports directly to the Business Excellence Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive Holiday Inn Stoke on Trent M6, Jct 15, ST5 4DL.

Guest Service Managers duties include

  • orchestrating the seamless operation of our guest services 
  • collaborating with various departments to elevate our service levels
