Overview
Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. The Guest Services Specialist will work on aFull-Time basis out of Helio Health’sRochester Inpatient program.
Pay Rate:$15.38- $17.50 per hour.
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $1,500!
Responsibilities
+ The Guest Services Specialist position assists in orientating patients, manage ongoing needs throughout the patients stay in the program and prepare and maintain the facility for use and cleanliness.
+ In this position you will assist with admission process of program including orientating patients to the facility, responding to patient inquiries and requests and resolving issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
