**Requirements & Analysis**
+ Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements
+ Conduct workshops/interviews to identify workflows and improvement areas
+ Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and use cases
**Solution Design**
+ Map business processes to Guidewire capabilities
+ Collaborate with architects/developers on solution design
+ Define workflows, configurations, and business rules
