Good knowledge of Guidewire BillingCenter and PolicyCenter. Good knowledge of QA processes and testing terminologies. Experience in Test Strategy and Planning. Experience in Defect Management. Good experience in creating Test Artifacts. 5+ years of experience with JIRA. 2+ years of experience with Agile Project Management tools (e.g., Rally). Good communication skills.
