- Lead back-end development across 6 teams, ensuring coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience, focusing on security and performance.
- Champion customer experience.
- Deliver product increments on schedule.
- Write clean, tested, well-documented code.
- Identify service improvements and drive solution direction.
- Promote knowledge sharing with tech leads and architects
Requirements :
- 4+years of experience in delivering e-commerce and/or digital products (preferably at least 2-3 years for a large retailer)
