Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Clinic & Gym Operations Manager to lead our hybrid facility, which integrates premium Strength & Conditioning (S&C) training with elite Physiotherapy care.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between fitness and rehabilitation. You will be responsible for driving membership and clinical bookings, managing daily front-of-house operations, and leading a multidisciplinary team of coaches, physiotherapists, and administrative staff. If you have strong business acumen, excel at building communities, and understand the sports-performance and healthcare landscape, we want you to lead our team.
