Key Responsibilities- Conduct safe, structured, and engaging gymnastics classes for children aged 3 to 12 years
- Teach fundamental skills including body awareness, balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination
- Ensure strict safety standards and proper use of equipment at all times
- Supervise students, maintain a positive learning environment, and manage class discipline
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child’s progress and attendance
- Assist in setting up and maintaining gym equipment and facilities
- Follow the academy’s curriculum and coaching guidelines
- Comprehensive in‑house training provided — no prior coaching qualification required for trainee positions
