An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Early Pregnancy Clinic within the Women and Children’s division, for a receptionist working Saturday and Sunday only, 8 am – 1 pm, totaling 10 hours. This position provides a comprehensive reception service, including warmly welcoming and assisting all patients at the clinic reception area. The receptionist will offer a high standard of administrative support to the clinical teams, ensuring accurate registration and maintenance of computerised patient records.
Main responsibilities
- Accurately receive and check women in and out of clinic using the relevant computer systems.
- Participate in the preparation and running of the reception and cross‑cover other reception areas within the division when required.
