Description:
Prospect, quote, sell, place new business, cross-selling additional products and services including referrals to other lines of business, as appropriate. Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies and ensure teams are providing excellent client service. Maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders assuring client retention and satisfaction. An Un-Validated Producer is striving to meet a production goal and book size in relation to his or her compensation level that will entitle him or her to validate and thereafter be entitled to certain additional incentives.
