Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival
- Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon stations
- Sanitize tools and equipment according to salon standards
- Assist stylists with hair coloring, treatments, and styling services
- Replenish salon supplies and products
- Sweep floors and keep common areas tidy throughout the day
- Schedule appointments and answer phone calls when needed
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
