Practice: Sit Still Kids Salon Locations: Smithfield, RI and East Greenwich, RI (On-Site; specific location discussed at interview) Schedule: Closed Tuesdays | At least one weekend day required | Most coverage needed afternoons and weekends Compensation: $16-$18/hr + tips + 10% product commission Employment: Full-Time or Part-Time | Hourly (W2) | On-Site You are paid your full hourly rate for every scheduled hour, whether the chair is full or not. You keep your tips, earn 10% on product sales, and Sunday hours pay time-and-a-half under Rhode Island law.
