Job Summary
The responsibilities of this position include providing beautician and barber services to residents of Rehab and Nursing facilities.
Essential Functions
+ Responsible for cutting and styling hair consistent with resident’s requests. Wash, rinse, and dry resident’s hair using appropriate shampoos, conditioners, and other necessary hair products.
+ Maintains cleanliness in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and ensures work area is clean and equipment is always sterilized.
+ Coordinate and schedule appointments for residents. Communicate with residents to ensure satisfaction of services. Promotes a friendly and positive atmosphere in the delivery of services.
+ Contributes positively to the Quality of Life Team and keeps direct report informed of significant issues.
