Job Description & Responsibilities
Provide professional hair services including haircutting, colouring, styling, rebonding, perming, hair treatments, and scalp care
Recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and haircare products to clients
Promote a wide range of salon services and treatment packages
Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and salon equipment
Support daily salon operations and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth salon operations
Strong negotiation and selling skills
Well-groomed, professional, and presentable appearance
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Hardworking with a positive working attitude
Good team player and able to communicate well with peers
