Quality assurance or related technical fields For advanced assessments, a higher-level qualification (e.g., bachelor's degree or professional certification) may be needed. 2. Halal-Specific Training & Certification Completion of a recognized Halal Competency or Halal Executive/Assurance Officer course, often endorsed or accredited by: . MUIS (Singapore) . IHIA (International Halal Integrity Alliance) . WHFC (World Halal Food Council) Must have passed Halal Competency Assessments themselves. Certified as: . Halal Executive/Assurance Officer . Halal Trainer or Halal Auditor (for higher levels) 3. Industry Experience Relevant work experience (minimum 2-3 years) in: . Halal food manufacturing or F&B operations .
