Job Description
Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Halal standards (MS 1500:2019) and relevant regulations of JAKIM, and supervise the effective implementation of the Halal Assurance System (HAS) in all business processes such as raw material procurement, production, packaging, warehousing and transportation
Responsible for the entire process management of halal certification: prepare and submit application documents for halal certification and renewal through the MyeHalal platform, coordinate on-site inspections by JAKIM auditors, follow up the rectification of non-conformities, and ensure the smooth completion of certification and renewal
Conduct regular internal halal audits and mock inspections, identify potential non-compliance risks, formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures, and keep complete audit records for JAKIM's inspection
