Job Title: Half-Day Filing Clerk

Salary: R3,500 per month (Half-day role)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 13:00
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to join our team on a half-day basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems, supporting the admin team, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organise filing systems (physical and electronic)
Retrieve files and documents as requested by staff
Label and update file folders accurately
Perform data capturing and basic administrative tasks
