Hands-on Production Supervisor: Wire & Electrode Line

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Work experience of 3 years in any manufacturing industry is desired.
• Experience in manufacturing of nails (paco), screws, or industries that operate wire drawing machines is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as hands‑on supervisor.
• Detail oriented, fast learner, and adaptive to a fast‑paced work environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to be hands‑on.

Responsibilities

• Performs hands‑on work in the extrusion of welding electrodes.
• Supervise and lead the team in the machine line.
• Conduct regular maintenance (e.g. greasing) of machines and equipment.
• Ensure all subordinates adhere to safety policies.
• Willingness to work overtime and on Sundays as necessary.
