Quality at esurance is a shared responsibility and this role is where it all comes together. As QA Automation Lead, you'll own the automation foundation that our cross-functional product squads build on: setting the standards, defining what good looks like, and staying hands‑on enough to make it real. You'll split your time roughly 70/30 between building and governing — close enough to the code to stay credible, and strategic enough to move the whole team forward. This Poland‑based role offers remote flexibilityin Poland only , and we value in‑person collaboration. Our team meets in Poland for at least one week each quarter, so we ask all applicants to be located in Poland. This isnot a globally remote role - Poland residency is required.
