Job Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or its equivalent

2-3 years and aboveexperience as QS in main-con companies

Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders

Preferable experiences in large-scale Condominium/HDB projects.

Able to work independently, bemeticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
