Handyman / Maintenance Technician Location:
Tampines, Singapore Job Description We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Handyman to perform general maintenance, repair, and upkeep works in Tampines. Job Scope Carry out general repair and maintenance works. Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and replacement of light fixtures, switches, and power points. Conduct minor plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fittings. Assemble, install, and repair furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Perform painting, patching, and touch-up works as required. Carry out basic carpentry and handyman tasks. Inspect facilities regularly and identify maintenance issues. Coordinate with external contractors when major repairs are required. Ensure work areas are kept clean and safe. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
