The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance of non-critical facility systems, identifying and addressing any issues promptly. Install and repair electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, HVAC systems, and appliances. Install drywall, repair holes and cracks, and prepare surfaces for painting.
