Job Description
Handyman
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the hotel including minor carpentry plumbing painting and electrical work.
- Repair or replace fixtures such as doors windows furniture and cabinetry to maintain a high standard of guest areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from housekeeping front desk and other departments to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas guest rooms and back-of-house facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Assist with setting up event spaces moving furniture and other tasks to support hotel operations.
- Maintain and organize tools equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for repair tasks.
- Follow hotel safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Coordinate with specialized contractors for major repairs or projects outside the handymans expertise. <...
