- Conduct routine preventative maintenance inspections to identify and resolve issues before they escalate
- Attend to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain properties in a safe, clean, and presentable condition at all times

- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organised, and in good working condition
