Job Description
Location: RSC complex facilities, buildings, and external areas, including ad-hoc assignments at other designated sites.
Reports To: Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor and section Leader.

Purpose of Job
The Handyman (Civil & Structure) is responsible for performing repair, maintenance, and minor construction works on building structures, finishes, and fittings to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role supports the Engineering team in delivering efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality building maintenance services in compliance with Engineering EIMS standards.
- Perform repair and maintenance of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, carpentry, painting, and windows.
- Carry out plumbing works, including the repair and maintenance of domestic water pipes, waste pipes, sanitary fittings, and manholes.
