LOCATION: Braintree, Witham and surrounding areas (mobile role)
Our client is looking for a Handyperson to support our M&E Engineering team by delivering high-quality technical and practical building services across a designated portfolio of sites.This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of tasks, support contract KPIs, and consistently provide service excellence.
Role Responsibilities:

Support the M&E Engineering team in delivering planned and reactive maintenance across multiple locations.

Respond to faults and incidents, aiming to achieve first-time fixes wherever possible

Undertake statutory checks, including testing emergency lighting, alarms and electrical appliances

Liaise with contractors, colleagues, emergency services and alarm providers to ensure safe and uninterrupted building operations
