Tier 1 contractor specialising in construction, housing and maintenance projects across West Wales.
Your new role
Handyperson, to carry out maintenance, repair and general upkeep tasks across residential andmercial projects. The ideal candidate should be practical, hardworking, and capable of handling a variety of repair and maintenance duties efficiently and safely.
- Perform general maintenance and repair work- Basic plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry tasks
- Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Repair doors, locks, walls, flooring, and appliances
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Keep work areas clean and organised
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure all work ispleted safely and to a high standard.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in maintenance or handyperson work preferred
