  • Reviews a draft report generated by the Report Typist
  • Reviews for the correctness of the report template, test results and buyer requirements 
  • Updates the team of the updated buyer report template, SOP, requirements and sending rules
  • Communicates with Key Account Managers for any clarification related to the buyer manuals
  • Communicates with Technical team for any issues related to testing
  • Coordinates with CS for any information related to TRF, report or sample
  • Approves report in the system (OTS) and/or any buyer related systems
  • Keeps abreast of updated buyer manuals, SOP and other related documents
  • Uploads reports to buyer specified systems. 
  • Provides report summaries whenever needed
  • Maintains laboratory documents/records in compliance with ISO 17025 principles
  • Ensures confidentiality of the test reports and in compliance with company's integrity policies
