Role Purpose
The Hard Services Engineer provides technical and regulatory expertise and input to the design, specification, contract development and implementation of all Hard Services, within the FM Property-based Team.
Key Accountabilities
- Possess knowledge of Hard Services objectives and approach set out in the FM Strategy and ability to align service design and delivery with the Strategy approach accordingly
