**Job Title:** Hardware Engineer
**Location:** Longmont, CO - 100% onsite
**Duration:** 1 year with possible extensions & possible temp to hire

**Overview:**
+ This is primarily a hardware-focused role with strong emphasis on PCB-level testing, debugging, and characterization.
+ The position is heavily test-oriented (80–90%), with some involvement in design activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform testing, automation, and measurement activities in a lab environment
+ Handle PCB-level debugging and issue resolution (sustaining engineering)
+ Conduct characterization and compliance testing, especially for high-speed signals
