Location: Inniskillin Estate Winery, NOTL

Reports To: Commercial Winemaker
Who You Are
Possesses a strong work ethic and genuine passion for wine, ready to tackle the long, physical hours required during harvest, from cleaning tanks to operating the crusher.
Consistently punctual and organized, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the winemaking team, report fermentation issues, and go above and beyond to get the job done.
Approaches every task, from inoculations to daily temperature checks, with a willingness to learn new techniques and procedures, and isn't afraid to ask questions to deepen their understanding.
Understands that cleanliness is paramount in quality winemaking and takes pride in maintaining a spotless environment, while possessing the organization and focus to manage multiple tasks...
