Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Harvesting Manager to oversee field operations, manage large teams, and ensure consistent delivery against production and quality targets across multiple Spekboom sites for our client for a two year contract.
Responsibilities:
- Managing two harvesting teams.
- Overseeing daily production targets and outputs.
- Conducting quality assessments of harvested materials.
- Ensuring health and safety compliance across all teams and sites.
- Managing team welfare and accommodation on-site.
- Liaising with farmers, landowners, and project stakeholders.
