Job Description
To assist the Department Lead in the smooth, efficient, economic daily operation of the hatchery Chick Dispatch, To maintain and improve standards of hatcheries, chick quality, hygiene, chick welfare and overall hatcheries performance. To ‘live’ welfare as a condition with the opportunity to grow and develop.
- Lead by example in promoting harmonious working environment in line with the Company’s polices in Equal Opportunities, Harassment and code of ethics
- Organising daily work routines, paperwork and scheduling.
- Maintain and monitor the hygiene programme, ensuring the tidiness and cleanliness of the hatchery to required standards.
- Develop and maintain a sound working knowledge of all hatchery equipment.
