The Job:
We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Hatchery Manager to lead the day to day operations of a modern hatchery facility in Co. Monaghan. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all hatchery activities from egg receiving through incubation, hatching and dispatch of high quality day old ducklings to growing farms. The successful candidate will drive operational performance while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare, biosecurity, quality and efficiency and will lead and develop a dedicated hatchery team.
You will play a critical role in supporting the continued success and growth of the business by ensuring optimum hatchability, productivity and operational excellence.
