As a Hazardous Material Professional, you will support hazardous materials assessments and environmental investigations across British Columbia. The role is ideal for an early‑career professional who is eager to build strong technical foundations while contributing to projects that protect people, communities, and the environment.
Your Impact
- Conduct hazardous materials surveys and assessments in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings/sites.
- Collect asbestos, metals (e.g., lead), PCBs, microbials, and other designated substance samples.
- Conduct hazardous materials condition assessments.
- Conduct hazardous material abatement/remediation inspections and air monitoring.
- Conduct field investigations and site visits in accordance with regulatory and health and safety requirements.
