Amentum is seeking a trained and safety‑focused **Hazardous Waste Responder** to support emergency response and hazardous materials management activities in the Washington, DC area. This role is responsible for safely identifying, containing, and cleaning up hazardous materials spills or releases across various sites.
The Hazardous Waste Responder follows strict safety protocols, uses specialized personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and Department of State (DOS) regulations—all while prioritizing the protection of human health and the environment.
