Job Description

One of our clients in the Chemical industry based in Cape Town is seeking an experienced HAZMAT Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Oversee the safe handling, storage, transportation, and disposal of hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations

  • Manage emergency response to spills, train staff, maintain safety documentation (SDS), and conduct inspections to prevent accidents


Desired Experience & Qualification


  • Matric

  • 3 or more years Hazmat experience

  • Hazmat Awareness

  • Hazmat Operations

  • Basic Ambulance

  • Fire Fighting 1 & 2

  • Valid Driver’s Licence


Package & Remuneration
Salary Package 
R15k
Sleep out - R50 per night
Standby - 1.5% per week of monthly salary
