作為美光科技公司的封裝生產線主任，您將負責督導製造區域產線作業員與技術員的工作。規劃和協調產線日常管理以滿足生產計劃、產出目標，成本控制和品質改善。每日需報告生產進度、人力的安排與管理和品質異常等相關報告，達成生產目標。建立團隊管理標準和程序以實現組織生產計劃、產品標準和團隊效率。其他職責包括領導與協調組織和部門的專案改善計劃，內容包括: 生產力提高、品質改善、交貨週期時間改善和成本降低等相關的專案，提升製造部的團隊績效達成。
