Job Description
Role: HCI Administrator
Location: Chennai
Experience: 7-12 years
6–10 years of experience in
enterprise infrastructure operations , with
3+ years hands ‑ on on VMware vSphere & vSAN .
Strong expertise in
vSAN (ESA/OSA) , SPBM policies, resync operations, and performance tuning.
Hands‑on experience with
Skyline Health, Aria Operations (vROps), vSphere HA/DRS .
Knowledge of
fault domains, stretched clusters, witness architecture , and resiliency models.
Experience with
vSAN encryption
(data‑at‑rest / in‑transit), KMS / Native Key Provider / TPM.
Working knowledge of
vSphere Lifecycle Manager (vLCM) , firmware, drivers, and HCL compliance.
Strong ITSM knowledge covering
Incident, Problem, and Change Management .
Ability to
mentor L1/L2 engineers
and maintain operational runbooks.
Lead
L2 incident triage and resolution
