HCL Technologies is conducting a Walk-In Drive for experienced professionals across Mortgage, Banking, Payments Investigation, Manual Payments & Chargeback processes.
SPAN – Mortgage
Designation: Associate
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality control reviews of residential loan files as per QC standards
Manage daily operations and client handling
Review income, employment, credit, DTI, LTV & collateral documentation
Validate loans against GSE guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac)
Identify risk factors, fraud red flags & compliance gaps
Mentor team members and manage client escalations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
3–5 years of experience in Mortgage QC / Underwriting
Strong knowledge of US Mortgage & Real Estate guidelines
Commercial Real Estate knowledge is an added advantage
