The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Core HR, Performance Management, Grow, Opportunity Marketplace, configuration, security, and reporting (OTBI) . The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to implement, configure, and support HCM SaaS solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
