Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
- Stay current with HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions.
- Work with the Project Manager to lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR software systems and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee system integrations to ensure seamless data flow between HR and other business systems.
- Work with the Project Manager to manage HR IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
