HCM Solution Engineer - Contract - Remote - Pharma
The HCM Solution Engineer designs, enables, and supports end-to-end technical solutions across the global P&O technology landscape, with a focus on core HCM platforms (e.g., Workday) and related systems such as Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, Learning, and Clocking. The role requires strong expertise in solution architecture, integrations, and identity/access management, acting as a technical partner to HR, IT, and vendors.
